I need help i am having sister problems... big ones?

.i (14) was on a camping trip and my sister (16) and i were forced to take a shower with my sister to conserve water. so while we were washing ourselves i slipped and as i was falling i grabbed her by accident an my hand grazed over her . then when i was falling onto the floor i tripped her and her face landed right on my which was hard ever since i went into the shower naked with her. it is a long story after that but now we are weird around each other and i don't want it to be that way. i know this sounds kinda fake but it really is not. please i need help on what to do
