Do you think my 7 month old has the swine?

he wont eat really, he isnt sleeping, he has a fever of 101.4 and the only other symptom is runny nose. i called his doctor but they want to wait at least a day until i can take him in. any home remedies i know hes just miserable :[ he refuses to sleep i feel so bad. SOMEONE HELPP!!
