"Adjust Digital TV Antenna" question?

I'm installing the TV on my computer and I have this section to deal with. I dont get all the channels that I'm supposed to though. I have NBC, Fox, and CW, but I dont get CBS, ABC, or MyTV. It says I have to adjust my Digital TV Antenna to get better reception. How do I do this?
