What would be the best type of lighting and heating for a bearded dragon in a 55g fish tank?

its a 48" by 13" and its kinda tall and im thinking about getting a BD but ill have to but more lighting and heating because 75 wat bulbs wont work unless he is closer to the light... wat watt heat bulb should i use
