What about the allegations Favre gave play secrets to Packer opponents?

I live 60 miles south of Green Bay and naturally the media reported instances where Favre had phone conversations with GB opponents prior to GB games. I want to know if those allegations were proven true or false, and an explaination of the final (if so) determination.
