Strecth marks help!!!?

I have a few red stretch marks on the sides of my belly where my love handles are (been there since 7 weeks and now i am 32 weeks). My question is how fast will they fade away, and do you think i will get anymore now that i am so far along and have not gotten any on my belly? I use tummy er from Palmers, as well as this stretch mark oil stuff from palmers that i have been putting on the stretch marks. I am due in march and want to look semi good for swimsuit season so I was wondering about your own experiences with stretch marks.
