I think my Ball Python is sick, advice needed.?

I can't get him into a Vet til next week, but I feel bad for the little guy. He is about 9 months old, 2ft long. He sounds congested, keeps yawning, and has hissed a few times, not aggressively, but more like to flex his jaws and clear something. His glands are also swollen on the sides of his jaw. I have bathed him a few times, and he has gone to the bathroom, but he is definitely sensitive about being touched on the head and he won't eat. I plan on taking him in next week, but does anyone have any advice in the mean time? Thanks!
