Found a faint line on HPT?

i had a second hpt this morning, the first one was in the afternoon and it was negative, i found a faint line telling me its positive, at first i did not recognize it was positive bec its SO FAINT when i took a closer look i can see the faint line?my pms is due in 4days, could i really be pregnant?
